Back in the late sixties and early seventies some people looked at LSD and other halucinaginics as drugs that expand consciousness. A few people were known to do a swan dive off a tall building thinking they could fly. They ended up in a nursing home paralyzed from the neck down. People thought they could gain insight into the universe by using these drugs.
thats scary, the thought of people using drugs to enhance their abilitys to tap into parts of their brain always makes me wonder if its just their brain playing tricks on them
