As a boy someone said to me dandelions were a nuisance. I held onto that meme for 20 years. Then I rediscovered that, that was their thought. Imo I think they are beautiful yellow flowers and the bees pollinate them so yeah. Don’t believe negativity.
As a child I once broke a mirror. Some older dude told me that I was going to be cursed and unhappy for seven years. I believed the ■■■■■■ and blamed everything that went wrong with me on that mirror.

Yes I hate what behaviorism and foolishness can do to the mind of a child. It can screw us up for many years until we learn from our own mistakes. I try by all means not to mislead people since that perceptions can ■■■■ with their minds forever. Thanks for liking my name. That is the only name I could come up with which made me feel how I relate to others on this forum.
Yes indeed. You put 'learn from our own mistakes" in perspective for me. I’m afraid I could snap into the old me any second. I’m always on my toes when it comes to behaviorism. I don’t blame it on my parents. I don’t feel I should. I don’t know if there was anything they could of done to guide me in a better direction, because my mind was made up. Honestly I did not know what it was that made up my mind. However fellowman, I am very vigilant not to wild out anymore. All this mental programming has got me fed up is all. I could go on but I will save it for another thread. Have a good one.
