Got my Wellbutrin maxed out to 300mg this week and the first dose I took I started having delusions. It just sucks cuz it helps me with motivation
One dose isn’t in your system enough to be the likely culprit. Give it some more time.
One dose can put some people over the line, i cant take antidepressants either.
I must say my openness to doing things and my overall energy has improved a lot
