my friend Alisons brand new car is broken, i noticed a leak under it today and we took it in to the garage, they got back to us saying the engine block has a crack in it
its a brand new car i was like WTF all that money for a piece of ■■■■ motor, i hope she can get a replacement bc i am gutted for her.
on the other hand i saw my support worker today and gave her my update and my concerns which is really good bc she is the only person i see apart from my new p/doc i’m supposed to be seeing.
That is extremely rare, unfortunately. You’d think the auto industry would exchange items like other industries do, but they are allowed to get away with inconveniencing customers they have sold lemons to. She should demand the use of a courtesy car while her repairs are being done.
she has but they gave her a crappy one as well, they have agreed to change the full engine but they said if she wants her car replaced that she would have to take it up with ford, she said it would have been replaced if it was under 30 days but its been 75 days now so no dice, its extremely unfair, i dont see why she shouldn’t a new car, she has been extremely unlucky.
