I can get my brand mayo half off by buying 3 jars on Amazon. Normally this is not a problem. But I ordered it and two of the three jars were damaged, so I contacted them and they sent me three more jars. Well I got it yesterday and all three jars were damaged. Wtf.
I contacted them and they just refunded my money and told me to reorder. I’m a little afraid to. But it saves me $$$ if they can get it to me. I point blank asked if anyone else had any problems with their orders and customer service said there is no known issue. She promised my next order would be fine. How can she assure that?
