Daily headaches

Anyone have daily headaches? I’ve had headaches for the past five years. Personally, I feel it is inflammation in my brain related to this illness, but I’m not sure. Tbh, I haven’t really gone about finding a solution to my headaches since I gave up on life a while back.

I had daily headaches until I took an immunosuppressant for my autoimmune disease.

I hope you find out what’s causing yours.

I lived with daily headaches for years and years. In addition I would also get migraines to go with. My doctor felt strongly that they were caused by my severely arthritic neck and sent me to physical therapy. It worked. Took a lot of visits but it worked. I still get headaches all the time, but they are nothing compared to the level of pain I had before. My arthritis pain meds pretty much takes care of most of my pain from headaches. But it’s on me to keep stretching.

I also get daily migraines and also have a severely arthritic neck and jaws too. I’ve had a doctor blame that, yes.

I’m on a bunch of simultaneous treatments for migraines right now: Imitrex pills alternating with Excedrin Migraine pills as needed for pain. An Inderal pill every morning. Aimovig shot once a month, every month. Botox injections subcutaneous to scalp, hairline, forehead, temples, neck, shoulders and upper back once every three months. Cold pack to both eyes and forehead as needed for pain.

Even with all that, I still get constant, daily migraines. Believe it or not.

I used to but then i figured out they were mainly caused by me clinching and grinding my teeth in my sleep so i got a mouth gaurd and they stopped. To much time online can cause em too. But when it was everyday it was the night clinching.
