I’m taking a joint support supplement, and I’ve cut my Ibuprofen to 400mg a day (one dose), and Tylenol Arthritis to 1300mg a day (one dose).
I’m hurting this morning, but I’m hoping the joint supplement will work and ease the pain.

Best of luck with it…
Good luck, I’m hoping to get more pain meds. I can’t take the pain, it’s making me crazy.
You can try taking fish oil for your joints. I can’t take advil because I’m on lithium.
My blood work shows slightly decreased kidney function and possibly the start of liver damage (very mild).

Does it work pretty well?
My family swears by my salves. But I use a bunch of herbs in it. Plantain, shepherds purse, yarrow, and boneset. Sometimes all heal.

I’ll have to tell my sister. She has Elhers-Danlos Syndrome and deals with pain 24/7. She’s never mentioned plantain, SP or boneset so she may not know about it.
Is it called boneset because it helped deal with the pain from old school bone setting post break?
They believed it helped bones set and regrow. Now it’s just a good skin rub.
And @Loke those are not for pain. Just small wounds and stuff in my salve
Oh. Ok. Thanks.
