Oh but I adore eating heaps.

For dinner the other night I had two alternative meat sausages, three hash browns,onion, vegan gravy and vegetables.i should cut back to only two hash browns but I will miss the third one and what if all sausage doesn’t get potato with it.

I want to lose at least five kg but am not willing to eat less specially being vegan.
