3 times a day clozapine 25mg and 1 time 150mg clozapine. And then 50mg sertraline a day. And also 75 microgram l-thyroxine and every 2 weeks a shot of risperdal consta 50mg

Is the Modafinil helping your sz?
I take it against the sleepiness from clozapine and for focus, sometimes i take even 400 mg/day and it doesn’t seem to impact me negatively – no schizoprenia symptoms excaberation. And besides that nicotine feels great on modafinil.

Nice, my last pdoc wanted me to try Modafinil. I am on a waiting list to see her again so I can try Modafinil. I have tried Wellbutrin but it removed the pleasure I get from nicotine.
haha, yes, i was also on wellbutrin (375 mg daily), and i know it removes pleasure from nicotine. However, i am going back on wellbutrin in august because i prefer it over modafinil – more dopamine and noradrenaline reuptake inhibition, i will miss nicotine though.

i will always lower the dose of amisulpride down to 350 mg / day to have even more dopamine circulating my brain
