I will see the outcome once i increase my gaba level. Now it is below reference range
Thank you for this article. I’ve been taking GABA for about 1 year, but for sleep–not depression. I have noticed that my depression has improved this year, but I had no idea that GABA may have been involved.

I read that gaba supplement doesn’t cross the brain barrier that good. Maybe you should see a experienced holistic doctor. And he can give you some other supplements that will stimulate your gaba and eventually increase it.
