I laugh out of the blue and cry out of the blue. It passes within 10 minutes though. Sometimes I just need to get out of the house and take a walk or socialize.

Yeah, i’ve had moments where i’ve burst out laughing but there is usually something driving it…even if it nothing recent. I’ve never laughed for over an hour or anything like that though. 5 min is usually as long as it lasts for me.

Very early on after my diagnosis there would be days where I’d laugh and cry at the same time. It must have been difficult for my mom to watch. I really felt like a crazy person then.
