Got an interview coming up I feel like I’m losing it I’m so stressed

Always remember if you get called for an interview it means they think you can do the job already. The rest is just about compatibility.

Well, you’ve done interviews before successfully. Use your experience to make it through this one. It’s only a half hour out of your whole life and then you’re free. You can wing it successfully for 30 minutes, right?

Sometimes our fears are those of a child. Remind yourself that you are an adult and stride through it.

((((Hugs))) remember to breathe. It calms the mind and helps with stress.

Simple mediation is the 5 senses mediation.

close your eyes sitting down. do these one at a time. Slowly no sudden movements. Focus on your 5 senses. Take your time with them.

Focus on touch on your nearest no sudden movements with your hands and toes.

Next hearing…Focus on your hearing your surroundings.

Run your tongue around mouth slowly tasting what’s in your mouth

Next smell your surroundings

open your eyes and look around slowly.

Breathing will have slowed down and you will feel more relaxed.

Helpful to keep you grounded and down to earth As most of here have mastered the art of escaping reality.
