that’s what I call it.
I looooooove a giant, ice cold glass of moo juice!
Been drinking it for the last 50 years, any damage has already been done.
Can’t drink mommy’s milk forever you know.
Also many doctors in the 50’s and 60’s were discouraging breast milk for babies claiming it wasn’t as healthy as cow’s milk.
Believe it or not, my brother warned me of the dangers of drinking milk a while ago, before the news hit.
I started putting half and half in my coffee, I know that it contains some whole milk - but its so darn delicious!
I drink 3-4 gallons of 1 per cent fat milk a week. I hope I’m not hurting myself. That’s a lot of protein per calorie.
What’s the danger in the news?
There are so many lines of possibility to consider. The article said populations with no milk consumption had healthy bones. My mother drank no milk as long as I knew her - most of her adult life. She developed osteoporosis and broke a hip twice. So did my father - with no broken bones.
I don’t think they have the whole list of factors.yet. It’s true it was never intended for human beings, but neither was chicken meat.
I’m going to continue my 3 or 4 glasses a week with things I like - sweets. and with coffee not every day. Milk is chocked with protien + nutrients.
Its like coffee. First all of the so called experts tell us that it is bad for us, then they tell us that it is good for us - I dont know what to believe in anymore - you are right @pob - I think that more research needs to be done
Chordy, It’s all a moo point. Like a cows opinion.
It doesn’t matter.
It’s moo.
