They took my nasal sample September 17th. Today I called my social worker to check. She said the lab has my name in the system, but I wasn’t assigned a number. My social worker thinks the lab lost my sample or it was lost in the mail. We don’t know if I had Covid19 or not. I’m no longer sick. The CDC guidelines say to stay away from other people 10 days after the symptoms first appeared and 24 hours after your fever is gone. This is what I’m doing.

When I had my first COVID test I waited 2 weeks before they let me know I needed to be retested due to “processing error.”
That’s good that you’re not feeling sick anymore.
