I see shadow people. Only one is scary and that is the fedora man. I described the usual shadow people I see besides the bad one to a therapist once and she started thinking maybe the shadow people sans the fedora man are good. That my mind made them up as a defense mechanism. I don’t know
I’m sorry you are seeing this. I see demons, but they are shrouded in darkness, so kind of shadowy. I know in my head that they are bad, though. Do yours seem benign, or do you get another vibe from them? I’d definitely trust your therapist over anything I say; I’m just curious.

The only shadow person I get a negative vibe from is the fedora man. He is truly scary. The others I don’t know I don’t think they’re bad but they still kind of scare me
I also see shadow people. They can hear my thoughts, so if I think of baseball they start swinging a bat and throwing a ball. It does anything i think of except leave.

I would just ignore them. They seem harmless. Maybe if you ignore them long enough, they will go find someone else to bother.

When I saw Shadow people I thought they were demons trying to get me, then I thought they were hired by the Government to kill and watch me. Still struggling with it.

My very first symptom started by seeing shadow peopIe. There was a shadow standing at the end of my bed when I woke up in the middle of the night, and about an hour or so later I woke up to one looking down at me from the ceiling with faint red eyes. I pulled the covers over my head, prayed, and tried to go back to sleep. I still see some dark shadows, but mostly I see demons and monsters. One of them resembles a werewolf, but I honestly don’t know exactly what it is supposed to be. Creepy as hell though! It’s like living in my own scary movie.

I never saw shadow people, just blob shadows encroaching my field of vision. I tried swatting them away and they would back off but then the moment I stopped swatting they would come back. I closed my eyes and put my blanket over my head. I thought they were the beings trying to get me.
