Control is lost

Feeling low … have found it very hard to sleep I’m scared people are watching me as I sleep… I haven’t showered for about 7 days or more… people are telling me to do things … I feel if I tell people they won’t believe me… I have trouble keeping food down i think it’s from stress…sometimes I wish for a better life… I don’t get up till the afternoon …not sure what to do…

Get some structure. It’s important.

If you’ve an alarm then set it. Get out of bed same time everyday. Take your meds same time every day.

It helps. You probably need some boundaries. Keep it simple and just concentrate on the simple stuff. A shower every couple of days.
