I am only on 100mg but every time I eat I feel sick, I feel my food coming up my throat and I have stomach pain and have to go to the bathroom (number 2). I used to only go once a day. Now I go 3/4 times a day. I feel nauseous all day so I have to take anti-nausea medication. Before starting clozapine I didn’t have any digestion issues. Once I hit the 75mg mark I started having all these issues. It’s working very well for my mental state but I don’t think I can live like this.

Maybe things will settle down?
I’ve been on it for 1 month tomorrow. I’m constantly in pain and feeling sick. How long I am expected to put up with this?

I would contact your pdoc soon. I took clozapine for a week. It made me sick physically. I hope you get to see the doctor soon.
I’d report it to your pdoc. It might be something that goes away but you also might need a med change. When can you see your pdoc?
That’s a difficult question. If it still makes you sick two weeks from now you should take a talk with your doc. I’ve heard some people say that Solian(Amisulpride) works likewise well for the hard to treat positives. But it’s not approved in the USA:
