Constant issues

Everyday i try to overcome the ruminations, negative thoughts, mood swings, depression, etc. I follow the so called medications which is the only way to the path of recovery with faith. I walk 4-5 km everyday. Stick to normal diet. Work when i work, read when i read, sleep when i sleep. But end of the day i feel the same as yesterday. Things are not changing overall. Also i am treated as a novice which increases the stress and goes into a loop and things stop to change as much as i wish to. Hope it changes are not too far.

I know it may not seem like it, but having a routine is really good for you and may be making a big difference. You may not be able to tell because you are in the middle of it. Stick to your meds until you see your pdoc again, then maybe you should bring up these issues with him/her. There is always hope for a better tomorrow.
