Constant dissociation

I’m at the point where I’m dissociating almost constantly.

Seriously wake up feeling extremely disconnected.

Grounding helps some but it comes back soon.

Anyone have any tips?

What exactly do you feel?

Extremely empty and dead

Don’t be so harsh on your self, mind and body is one unit.
I was thinking in this Perspective.
Without body to act what is the use of thoughts.

I got rid of the physical dissociation or visual dissociation (dp/dr) but I still have memories that are dissociated…
