Constant day dreaming and fantasising

Is this part of the illness?

You’re lucky. I used to daydream constantly. Since meds this has stopped.

I used to love escaping into my own head and fantasising about things. Alas, no more. :sob:

Not necessarily part of the illness. You could just be a daydreamer. For me, it is part of my illness. I lived in my head last year and in the ‘fantasy’ and ‘daydream’ of my delusion. I was waiting for my daydreams to come true. Now, on meds, I’m living in reality (for the most part:)
