I’ve had multiple diagnosed concussions in my life. I suffered them playing football, atv accident and in gym class. I’m worried about having memory issues later on in life. Has anyone else ever had a concussion?

I cracked the top of my head on the bottom of a swimming pool when I was a kid. It was never a diagnosed concussion but , yes, my memory isn’t the greatest, now.

It was, but the sharp pain only lasted a second. It aches to mention it, though.

I had some concussions, one I was paralyzed on the ground for a bit, I was 7 y.o. and got into a fight with a 13-14 y.o. I was strangled once in a fight and I lost consciousness, I can’t remember for how long as I was unconscious.

I must say that the schizophrenia did reduce my memory since symptoms started at 14-15 y.o. But I had super good memory before that so now its still ok.

My psychiatrist told me that schizophrenia reduces memory and concentration. He asked me about those, I just didn’t answer bcz I was a vegetable at that time.

I had a TBI in 6th grade,
Which may have led to my psychosis.

I have prob 4 or 5 minor ones, from mtn bike , snowboard, and a car accident.

Usually the seeing stars, can’t hear anything properly sorta thing. And a big blammm sound when ya hit the ground /object

I’ve had a few. I have major memory issues but I also have brain lesions so it could be from that too.
