Google’s a.i. says

The “Kernel-Power Event ID: 41” error, followed by an “XTU service error,” indicates that the system shut down unexpectedly, and the following reboot failed to start correctly. This is likely caused by a problem with hardware, such as a faulty power supply, RAM, or unstable drivers, which the XTU error in the application log points to as a potential source. To fix this, you should first check the power supply and update or reinstall the Intel Extreme Tuning Utility (XTU) drivers, along with other system drivers.
Step 1: Address the XTU service error
Update drivers: Since the error logs point to the XTU service, update the Intel Extreme Tuning Utility drivers to the latest version from the manufacturer’s website.
Reinstall drivers: If updating doesn’t work, try uninstalling the XTU utility and reinstalling it.
Step 2: Check for hardware issues
Power supply: A faulty or underpowered power supply unit (PSU) can cause unexpected shutdowns.
Check that your PSU has enough wattage for all your components.
Consider replacing the PSU or a faulty AC adapter on a laptop.
RAM: Faulty RAM can also cause a Kernel-Power error. Use the Windows Memory Diagnostic tool to check for errors.
Press Windows + R, type MdSched, and press Enter.
Choose “Restart now and check for problems” and follow the on-screen instructions.
Step 3: General system troubleshooting
Update drivers: Other outdated or corrupt drivers can also cause this error. Update all your system drivers, not just the ones for the XTU service.
System Restore: If the issue started after a recent system change, use System Restore to revert to a previous state.
Check connections: Make sure all hardware components are properly connected to the motherboard.

[motherboard]If need to use Intel XTU software, how to set the Windows system | Official Support | ASUS Philippines.

As far as I read through the system is crashing as the system is over loaded . The above web site hope it helps.

What’sapp AI shows this:

Ok thanks guys.. im gonna get on this ASAP. I think i am using virtualization for some of my an emulator or something. I will run through all of this and see if it does it again.

Also ..my battery is fried but I thought the psu was good. I have another so I will switch that out too. Im also wondering if this smart power outlet could cause a drop in power. I got it so I wouldn’t have to turn off every component in my studio every time I was done for the day…

anyways..thanks @everhopeful @Mentality

I just read that xtu service doesn’t even support H-series processors. I looked for the xtu software to remove it but couldn’t even find it.

Could something be trying to start a service that doesn’t exist on my computer? The details say that something is returning a null value when trying to start the XTU service…

Im lost man…. Im familiar with game dev code but i dont know much about windows 11 system. Ive never done any coding /troubleshooting in windows. My games are android platform.

Im gonna do some digging later after I change my power supply out and run a memory test.

I tested the motherboard and processors and they were fine. I will also run a test on the psu if thats possible.

If it’s a laptop, then maybe it’s dusty Inside and so it’s overheating .

Google the best way to clean it out.

XTU has to do with overclocking. Reset your BIOS settings maybe.
