One of my Bosses asked if a new employee could shadow me today, to better learn the job. Then he introduced me to this person and said…
“You’ll be working with Pat. He’s cooler than the other side of the pillow.”

Yeah, thanks. As employees we rarely get much positive feedback where I work, so it was refreshing to say the least.
I’ve never been compliment so I see this as extremely rare ,and very awesome in my opinion.
When I use to work the best thing was more cussing than anything … It was :
" Can you get this F’n Terminal working, NOW !! Please!"
Nothing like some positive praise! Well done to you!
