If I had more likes to give I would…

The compassionate self… has the same feeling as some of my nicer voices. I sort of miss my voices… they faded so much when my Latuda got increased.

It takes a lot of work… but grounding… stopping the catastrophic thinking and negative self talk I think does help… I like this idea.

Thank you for posting this.

Thanks. Thanks indeed! Fritz Perls of Gestalt Therapy fame said “why is the knife that twists”. He meant about blames or guilts or self-hates over “supposed” whys of our suffering. INSTEAD, it is best about self sympathies and compassion for self AND keep living and be compassionate toward others, toward Life.
