I do rice and lamb with special seasonings, then cook them in chicken broth until the rice is tender. Only the dark green leaves work. The light ones are too tough and cholraphyl-ish. I drizzle lemon juice over top them.

I eat bran flakes, whole grain bread with salmon, kraft cheese product, and a bottle of water. and two small bananas.
might also do an orange and a vitamin d tablet
