You can find where the mound is coming from. Maybe if there’s linen in the bathroom you could wash them.

find it and kill it! Look under the sink.

look behind the toilet, all on the toilet pipes and lines, put on a covid mask if you want.

use a bit of toilet paper or a paper towel to run along the pipes to see if you can pick up anything. Press on the flooring, does it feel like water has gotter between the tile and the subfloor, or is it a nice solid seal?

Is there no fan? My husband and I take showers with the door slightly open, and the fan on. Plus once a week we use a spray with bleach to scrub the bathroom with

It’s likely under the wallpaper.

My bathroom gets damp and mould forms.

I had it in my lounge by the window too.

Used Cillit Bang Mould Remover and it never came back

The crappy Ron Seal stuff I bought first time I had to keep using, but this cillit bang stuff made it never come back

My bedroom also has water patches all over the walls as I am yet to use heating

We have no gas heating here, only electric, and it’s super expensive

Yes there is probably a little underneath the wallpaper but we only redid the wallpaper in summer so shouldn’t be much

I think i just need to put heating on a bit more £££ hubby complains a bit but i will anyway lol

Yes heating expensive is yours economy 7 electric heating?
I had that in a flat years ago, have gas boiler now

Alot of the time, mould develops if your not keeping your house ventilated. Especially if your drying clothes indoors. Even if its winter, i keep a window open.

Bleach with a dab of washing up liquid will get rid of it.

Yea. I ripped out the storage heaters and got oil filled radiators.

Guess I can put them on for a short time each day, but really worried about costs

Wouldn’t heat increase the mold? It’s heat and steam from showers.
