College Football thread

I decided to make a thread specifically for college football talk, so we don’t have to clutter up any of the other threads (specifically the Say Anything thread). Post away your thoughts, teams you like, dislike, etc. College football is here!

He still made his $1.25m though haha not bad. Was he fired, or just stepped down?

@crimby you around? What happened with Oklahoma last week? Don’t worry, I’m not really a Tulane fan lol I’m an Ohio State fan. Just curious – it looked like OU was gonna destroy them.

UConn hates randy Edsall now I suppose. First time he ditched us for a better job

And now we’re the worst team in all of cfb

So hadn’t redeemed himself at all.

They’re more likely to disband their program than actually get a good head coach at this point imo.

That hiring after edsall. Len pasquerly from Syracuse was the worst signing ever!!! Ruined our team

Damn, that’d suck if they shut down the program. They should just drop down to FCS – it’d make more sense in my opinion. Still gives the fans something to root for. Kent State almost dropped down to FCS when I was in school there.

Hey on the bright side it would mean more money into the bball programs :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

UConn’s had some decent nfl players

Would be a shame for all those alumni to lose their Alma mater

ASU won. They should have a good season.

I didn’t get to watch the Tulane game. The last I saw Ohio State was having a tough time with Tulsa University. Oklahoma had a tougher time than expected with Nebraska. Rattler wasn’t up to his usual best. I think they are trying to train him to conduct steady drives downfield. That is probably the best way to win games, but letting him throw downfield usually helped him get in the groove. I don’t know. They are probably right. He needs to learn how to be patient and drive the ball downfield. That will make him a better pro prospect.
