I used to feel violent about someone being in my bathroom. I discovered it’s a matter of monkey see, monkey do. It someone is on the toilet then I have to go too. An exercise in holding it that Ii never learned as a youngster. Oh well, it’s never too late to learn.
Sorry your experiencing this i go through this all day everyday try to focus the best you can maybe find something to read the goal is to create the kind of emotional retention you had as a child without getting into details im 45 and never spoke with a lisp now i do our former abusers and their current friends enjoy devolvong us emotionally as they remembered us as children. Its pretty sick hang in there
