How long can it take to take full effect???

I take it, but don’t know myself. Maybe a couple months? 
If you’re at the right dose it should knock out your positive symptoms almost right away, then over the next few weeks you should notice your negative and cognitive symptoms steadily improve, and your mood — but it takes almost a full year to do everything it can do for you. To be fair, Vraylar, due to its effects on negative and cognitive symptoms, takes up to six months itself. It must have to do with the nature of those symptoms needing long term neuroplastic changes in the brain to fully change.
