Closing libraries means abandoning society’s most isolated and vulnerable

I stopped using large city libraries as I got tired of tripping over freaks and homeless.

People in my city library do heroin out in the open. I don’t mind that, do what you gotta do, but it was hard to study there as it was pretty loud. The city libraries in Boston are different, they are much nicer and the people there are seriously working. I used to go there to find old documents for my architecture research. I miss it dearly.
