I have an appointment with my clinical nurse tomorrow, my case manager and my partner are going to be there.
My therapist says I have to be assertive at my med clinic. Tell the clinical nurse that I want to try something different.

Well my case manager couldn’t make it. But my partner went. Because of new state Medicaid regulations I cant be put on another antipsychotic now. They have to wait. So the clinical nurse raised the lithium to 1200 mgs. She was very straightforward. She told us the overall goal is to make the voices manageable they may never go away.
