My 20’s and 30’s were wasted. I spent most of my 20’s mentally ill and I spent my 30’s drugged out on a very high dose of a very potent antipsychotic (40mg of olanzapine). I was fat, unhealthy, slept a lot and lethargic. I don’t think about it because it puts me in a bad mood. My 40’s have been better.
