It’s simple. The parents are not united and are thinking about themselves sometimes more than protecting the kids. That’s when crap happens. Kids also rebel which leads them into trouble. (Uh oh what is Johnny doing? Hey perhaps I could date that person over at the restaurant.) (Mom and dad don’t care about me. Perhaps I ought to see what’s happening in the alley.) (I need a father figure. That man over at that apartment building seems to be more interested in me than my Dad. Maybe I ought to hang out with him.) (That kid is cool. Maybe I should hang out with him. My parents sure don’t care.)

Here’s another one. (4 guys have rejected me because I have kids. I question that guy’s ability to be a father but he’s offering to do the job and he looks good too.)
