Is there a forum such as this one where normal(people with no mental illness) people chat?

Read my tagline.

The DSM (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders) is the manual used by psychiatry that lists all currently recognized mental disorders. It’s loaded with only problems. And with every edition of the DSM the list of problems gets longer.

Every person on Earth can be psychologically profiled and have some sort of quirk pointed out. The only question is the degree of severity of your problem. If it affects you in a way that you can’t function in your daily life then it is serious.

However, if you study psychology, there isn’t a psychology text book in the world (That I have come across) that has a checklist it items where you can go down the list and conclude you are “normal”.

Most chat rooms are based on a particular topic. Like people who love music, for instance. I’m sure if you did a search you would come up with something that might interest you.

Are you on Facebook at all? There are literally hundreds of interest groups

I think you’re better off just picking a subject and finding a forum that caters to that subject. It could be anything. A hobby, a political stance, a regional location etc.

I don’t want to be on Facebook, lots of negative reviews by people

if you wanna chat you can go on IRC servers with an IRC application… lots of different rooms there to chat depending on what you wanna chat about.

it’s a protocol used to get in contact with different people. Basically you download a IRC application and you just join an IRC server and then you can join the rooms.

It’s a bit old school but it’s still being used.

I use to spend a lot of time in IRC chats back in the 90’s. Download an IRC chat program. I used https://www.mirc.com/

There are chat rooms for anything and everything.

There will be a slight learning curve as you learn an IRC program, short cuts, how to join chat rooms, etc… but it is not too difficult and there are lots of resources online that will help you lean the ins and outs of IRC.

Discord has a lot of servers and channels.
I’m in one for minecraft, one for lgbt folks, one for dnd, one for memes, one for the scandinavian languages, etc.
Most servers have multiple chatrooms with different categories.
