It is snowing like crazy. So I’ll go tomorrow after my breakfast with my cousin. The problem now is I’m almost out of creamer and I’m almost out of cigarettes. The car is buried in snow. So I guess I’ll just suck it up.
Good time to quit.
he jests as he puffs his vape hypocritically
I’ve been meaning to quit but…
I WANT A CIGARETTE!!! lol
Oh same here, I quit cigs and picked up vaping and have slowly moved my nicotine levels down. I’m at 3mg right now.
I’ve come complacent of my vaping, stalled out on quitting
Man the snow is so stressful. I used to think it was so beautiful as long as no one had to go out in it. But the minute anyone had to leave for any reason my anxiety would spike so high, it just stresses me out. Slick as snot.
I used to smoke. I had a tough time when I ran out. It created so much anxiety that I finally realized they weren’t worth it anymore and I quit. I tried the patches and gum etc to quit but had to come up with my own method as none of the typical ones worked for me.
@LilyoftheValley what was your method?
@Leaf For one day, I smoked as much as I wanted, but I counted how many I smoked. Then every 3 days I smoked 1 less cigarette until my last one. Plus, half way through I switched from Marlboro Reds to Marlboro lights. It worked for me without any shaky hands or anxiety.
very nice method, took a lot of discipline.
Yeah, but since I did it one less at a time it wasn’t so hard
really good idea
Thanks @Leaf!!!
