Woke up at 1030 AM. I used to get up at 2 PM, so that’s an improvement.
I’m still meditating every day, which is good, but I’ve been doing it less since starting Cymbalta a few months ago.
I see my dad today at about 4 PM.

Maybe focus on your breathing for a while? Just feel the sensations of breathing. You can set a timer on your phone for like 3 minutes or something.

Went to my dad’s. We went on a walk and played Mario Kart. I won by a lot. He’s new to video games. I’m back home now with my four favorite animals.
