It actually made me very frustrated :neutral_face:

I spoke to my brothers girlfriend about it over the phone.
She’s a therapist who specializes in CBT, and she said that CBT is mainly for newly diagnosed anxiety and depression cases but it can be helpful in general.

I use it all the time anyway.
I’ll continue with it with my new therapist.
