Cats are critical creatures

We had a cat, appropriately named Queenie, who required 3 litter boxes all because she refused to go in one more than once before it got cleaned up. Whatever makes you happy, Queenie. Do you spoil your pets?

I had a cat many years ago and it was completely spoiled.

My cat runs the house
I don’t “own” her, she owns me

She’s definitely a princess

I spoil her to pieces

I take out the poop from litterbox every 2-3 days. Makes the.cat happy, and less smell for me

When I was little, we had a cat named Queenie, to match our other kitty named Princess.

Queenie got really round, and so we thought she was pregnant! I made a place for her, inside the house, so that she could rest and have her kittens in a soft, warm, and comfy environment.

Well, a couple of months went by… and no kittens.

My mom’s friend stopped by and wanted to see Queenie. She let us know that Queenie was a boy! And just fat, not pregnant. The shelter that we got Queenie from insisted that it was a female kitten. Guess not, lol.

So, Queenie’s name was changed to Petey, as we tried to not confuse him with his new name. We tried to find a name that rhymed, at least a little bit.

Of course!

They say that houses with cats
smell bad.
That keeps me away from adopting a kitty

No they don’t as long as you keep their litter- box clean!

I hate to say this but dogs smell bad sometimes.
Cats don’t really emit an odor

They are constantly cleaning themselves

As a mom of two cats and one dog, I agree with these statements.

The only thing stinky about cats is their litter box(es). If you scoop out the clumps of pee and poop every day, and completely change out the litter with a deep clean often enough, your home will smell fine.

Dogs get stinky for seemingly no reason. You have to regularly bathe them, to keep a healthy coat and clean smelling fur. And their breath is disgusting. Cats breath is disgusting, too, but my cats don’t breathe in my face, and they are also much smaller than my dog.

My giant dog likes to breathe right into my face and even burps in my face. His breath is horrible! Even though we brush his teeth. He often farts, too, and since he’s a big dog, the farts are rancid and spread through the whole room.

My cats litter box doesn’t even stink because I clean out her litter box frequently.
After she goes I’ll quickly scoop it away!

They are most critical when in the itty bitty kitty comittee!

My critical creature has me trained well. Every day we play the same game where he gets pets then plops over onto his side to get a belly rub where I get play bites in return. Plop, dig claws into my slipper, play bite, repeat. :heart_eyes_cat:

Charles requires an insane amount of attention and he loves lap time on a downstairs recliner.
