Care coordinator never responded 😔

I was very delusional and paranoid this morning. After sleeping I felt better. And at the moment significantly safer than earlier. I’m angry with my family though. Two of them are either trained or training doctors and they mock psychosis. Albeit third world doctors but that’s no justification.

I spoke to my mum on FaceTime for a bit. That was okay but I didn’t bring it up. The psychotic symptomatic situation. I hope my care coordinator contacts me tomorrow.

Hope everyone is doing well. I must be on edge because Im worried about my exam performance.

Will you speak to your consultant/GP? Sounds a bit scary. Hope you feel better soon

It’s sad that they are uneducated about basic mental health conditions. I hope someday they realize they’re ignorant and decide to educate themselves

I hope you hear from your care coordinator soon

I should yeah. It is scary but for no valid reason. Hopefully it doesn’t affect me for more than a few days though. My care co is usually quite good at deciphering if I need intervention tbf so hopefully I don’t see the doctor. Thank you man

It should be penalised or highlighted and taken seriously. Idc if they’re not specialising in psychiatry - it is general medicine practice to be aware

. Thank you coco. Hope you’re doing well

Every medical physician, regardless of specialty (including general practitioners) should have a basic education on all mental health diagnoses that is factual and not based on stereotypes or superstitions or religious beliefs.

My thoughts too. It’s a tremendous shame this is allowed in different places. A huge huge shame

Thank you man, it’s weird innit, it shouldn’t hurt us because of thick skin but people laughing at our fears / no taking it seriously never gets old  still hurts us
