My medication is starting to feel like it wears off at night but im fine in the am. It all started when i went drinking with friends last weekend. I had three days of elevated voices then it calmed down but i started having a tapering at night. Will it go back to how it was does anyone know? Could caffeine be a problem too my doc wants me to only have decaff. Im gonna talk to my pdoc if it persists. With the added gabapentin everything was going so well!

What does that mean?
That it feels like the medication is wearing off and i get more voices/intrusive thoughts until i go to sleep
