I dont really have positive symptoms, but I sleep like 15 hours a day. Dreaming is the only time I really get any socializing, so its addictive.
But its hurting me. I cancelled both a gym meetup and volunteering today so I could sleep. Ive been trying to.break this cycle for like 2 years. But I find being awake so boring.
I literally have no motivation to do anything.
Thoughts?
