That is because I locked your trust level at New User the last time I had to remove vile racist and anti-semitic garbage you had posted. This inhibits your ability to do more of the same, reducing the workload for the moderators and limiting the inappropriate material other users are exposed to. At this point, you’ve had five account suspensions and nearly a hundred removed posts.
If you can behave better in the future so that your account doesn’t have to be suspended or the extremely objectionable type of content you are fond of posting removed, your trust level will be increased again.
