Why not make some hot chocolate? Netflix is cool too, I guess.
Lie on your back and clasp your hands lightly against your chest applying just a little pressure between your hands and chest. Meditate on the concept of sleep and why you so desperately need every hour you try to give your body. Close your eyes and take long deep and slow breaths as you relax. Do not change position. Even if you dont get to sleep you will feel more rested if you actually rest your mind as if you were sleeping even if you can’t sleep.
