Yup i had a banana for breakfast and then candy for lunch and dinner. I have no food and i cant go to the store and im too broke to order anything.

I sometimes am too lazy to go to the store to buy food. I end up eating chocolate, drinking milk, and eating cookies. So much for being on a diet. But, I understand your situation. Fasting is sometimes good for one’s health. However, if you are always eating junk and fasting, you’re going to get sick. So, how come you don’t get food stamps or whatever there is from your social welfare office so you can eat?

I have food stamps. I just cant get myself to do anything outside of my routine lately, im autistic and sometimes i just cant
Yes, I hear ya. Please try to seek medical help ASAP. If you are unable to take care of yourself, you need to be hospitalized. You don’t need to suffer alone with your symptoms. Please get help!!

Im in crisis mode but i just havebto wait it out. Ive exhausted my supports and my therapists office is closed until monday

If it gets too bad, you can always go to the emergency department right. Or is it something you have to pay for.
I have good insurance. The bigger issue is losing time on work and school and also i refuse to go back to the psych ward
Did the psych ward not help then?
