My Brothers Girlfriend’s mother has stage 4 pancreatic cancer. The hospital has told her she doesn’t have long to live. Cancer sucks. Both of my grandparents from my dad’s side died of Colon cancer. I need to be careful with my colon as I age

Just something I found out through an article… Avoid processed food like: Deli meats, chips, and bacon etc etc…
I take care of mine because my dad has polyps. Wish you luck man. But don’t let the fear consume you, dude.
