I can’t afford the internet and communication anymore as cigarette prices are to high.

I gave up cigarettes because they were too expensive. It is well over a dollar a smoke over here.
Best thing I ever did for my health. Sometimes prioritizing what you spend money on can surprise you!

Maybe go and roll your own ciggies, its alot cheaper. I would say quit - but im a heavy smoker myself so cant critisise.
When i was broke - i used to sit in the coffee shops or the local library, and used there net, downloading programmes for later.
Im sure you will miss the internet if you cancel it.
