How do you mean resist? You mean not doing what they say?

I can resist them most of the time by acknowledging that they’re there, but at the same time reminding myself that they’re not real and can’t hurt me if I defy them.

yeah @SunLion how do you not do what they say

I try to get them to tell me to do other things instead. I am also very honest in general, they seem to respond to that.
