What I don’t understand is my pdoc told in me January that the anxiety is secondary to the psychosis. This must mean I need more Cariprazine

I am still taking 450mg Pregabalin and 4mg Diazepam + 5mg PRN

But it’s still really bad.

Need help working this out before my appointment tomorrow

Is your anxiety related to thoughts or is it just a physical feeling unrelated to your thoughts

I believe physical syptoms without the worry and fear of anxiety would be something else. By definition, anxiety is worry and fear. If the mental isn’t there, I don’t see how the physical could exist independent of it and still be anxiety.

I am struggling to control and identify thoughts related to anxiety,

They’re there, always have been, but it’s muddled and doesn’t feel connected to the physical symptoms like it used to

My anxiety before had clear cause and reaction I could follow, but this does not

Hmm. Tell that to your health provider at your appointment.

I think mental ones Lead to physical ones
And you can have more of the physical then mental.
