Write also on which med are you on, I was on risperidone depot and nothinf would come out, on low dose was transparent liquid and now on haldol everything is fine

Yeah that is called retrograde ejaculation. The ejaculate goes into the bladder instead of out the penis. Risperidone did that to me too

2mg risperidone and 20mg citalopram and I have a completely normal sexual functioning, except for lower libido.

Yeah when I was on 2mgs it was fine, anything above that you lose almost everything

Nah I take risperidone for bpd and impulsivity/autoaggression.
I mean, yeah, when I do the thing right after I take risperidone, I also get dry ejaculations. It’s fine again after a few hours. I’d probably also be fine on 3 mgs I guess.
Oh and I’ve been on it since fall 2018
When I was on invega injections I could hardly get an erection. And if I managed to orgasm it was like a tiny amount of watery substance.
Risperidone 4mg did that to me too. Fixed itself after switching.

I’m on Invega Sustenna.
6mg risperidone and I have normal sex drive. I had hypersexuality when I was on Abilify, maybe my sex drive is naturally high.

I am on 10 mg of Abilify, and it doesn’t interfere with my sex drive at all

Yea I was on Abilify back then when I did it, also did it while off meds. On 6mg risperdal its less but its still normal, too much is bad, I was very tired after.

i had some retrograde ejaculation when i was getting invega sustenna shots every 3 weeks. now im on invega trinza, once every 3 months, and i ejaculate fine. but not as much volume. i also had a naturally high sex drive before meds, and now on meds im more of a normal person, not thinking about sex all the time. i have some interest in trying abilify but im hesitant to going back to a horny devil haha. im good for 2 or 3 times a week on invega trinza, sometimes more, but it’s such a mess that i don’t always do the deed haha.
