There is a website called Lumosity.com where you can do brain exercises. It’s really cool

i heard its very hard to improve your actual IQ. only by max 15 pts if u do multiple things. you have to explore different kind of puzzles, eat alot more nutritious, and i think a certain vegetable or fruit has to be eaten long term. its been a few months since i read the article, not sure if it was official but yea it basically said that.

Idk about IQ but I believe in hard work. If you practice at anything you can eventually be good at it. That’s what my parents told me and I was able to draw realistically at a young age and eventually win many art awards lol. But I felt the same principle applies to whatever you do. I hope to be good at programming and teaching now.

I think it’s about maximising the innate intelligence you have. Opinions on whether brain training games help overall intelligence are very mixed and inconclusive.
